Big Easy opened its first restaurant on King's Road and quickly became known for its Southern-inspired BBQ, fresh lobster, and vibrant live music atmosphere. We are looking for talented waiters and waitresses who want to grow with us and be part of our next chapter. Our restaurants are busy and energetic, but behind the atmosphere is structure, professionalism and pride in the details. Your job is more than serving tables. It is about creating memorable experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver warm, consistent and attentive service
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently
  • Build strong knowledge of our menu and products
  • Ensure your section is well managed during service
  • Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years restaurant experience
  • Confident, friendly and naturally engaging
  • Comfortable in high-volume service
  • Passionate about food, drinks and guest experience
  • A strong team player with a positive mindset
  • Right to work in the UK is required
