Job Responsibility:

  • Have a detailed knowledge of the food and beverage on offer in SUSHISAMBA
  • Be proactive in learning about our menus and the culture of the places they have been inspired by
  • Take food and drink orders and answer any questions on the menu selection, including how food has been prepared, any modifications that can be made, and what allergens are present
  • Ensure guests enjoy their time with us, checking back for satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding questions, length of wait, product availability, meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass and silver throughout the day
  • Restock items
  • Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and policies to report accidents and injuries
  • Work as a team with the rest of the SUSHISAMBA team, supporting wherever necessary as directed by your manager
