Job Responsibility:
Providing an attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests
Confidently guiding guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions about food, wine, and cocktail selections
Ensuring tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service areas
Delivering a seamless and engaging dining experience that reflects the Four Seasons standards of excellence
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with the kitchen for special requests
Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service
Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
Assist with service across various hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English
Passion to interact with guests and employees in a gentle and courteous way
Anticipate guest needs, ensuring satisfaction and respond appropriately to guest requests
