Job Description

Join our talented Shared Services team at yourtown to support the outcome retention of the Inclusive Employment Australia(IEA) & Transition to Work program (TTW). The Wage Subsidy and Outcome Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of eligible Wage Subsidies & other government incentives, client expenditure and all revenue claims ensuring they are in line with compliance requirements. This is a Parental Leave cover position with an end date of 04 January 2027.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying eligible wage subsidy opportunities and create wage subsidy agreements in a timely manner
  • Providing oversight of post placement support verification to ensure claims and appropriate wage subsidies and other government incentives are maximised
  • IEA & TTW outcome and service fee claiming
  • Conduct administrative activities consistent with contractual and legislative requirements and ensure accurate records are maintained & filled securely
  • Nurture effective relationships with employers to encourage repeat business, and a high level of placement support for our employers on wage subsidies
  • Ensure all wage subsidies and other government payment incentive commitments are processed in accordance with evidence guidelines and within the required time frames
  • Provide guidance to employers and the team on labour market concepts, opportunities, and employer incentives

Requirements

  • Experience in Employment Services, training or case management is preferred
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and a high level of attention to detail
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Strong time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
