Our client, a leader in the HCM space is in need of a Vulnerability Data Scientist for a 1–2-year contract with a strong likelihood of extension. This individual will be working a hybrid schedule, with 50% of the work being onsite out of the Reston VA office. The Vulnerability Data Scientist will be responsible for supporting cyber vulnerability management and analytics initiatives for our clients defense and intelligence customers. They will be responsible for analyzing enterprise vulnerability data, correlating threat intelligence, and supporting remediation prioritization efforts across classified environments.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or cyber analytics
3+ years of experience working with enterprise vulnerability management tools
Experience analyzing and correlating vulnerability data with threat intelligence and operational risk
Experience with Python, SQL, Splunk, or similar data analytics and reporting tools
Understanding of RMF, NIST frameworks, STIGs, and vulnerability remediation processes
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, and DoD Impact Levels IL4, IL5, and IL6
Experience building dashboards and reporting within Power BI, Tableau, or Elastic
Active TS SCI w/ CI Poly Clearance
Nice to have
Experience supporting FedRAMP or classified cloud environments preferably AWS
Experience with automation, scripting, or predictive analytics related to cybersecurity operations
