Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Vulnerability Analyst to join a cybersecurity team. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and helping remediate security vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of threat landscapes, vulnerability management tools, and risk mitigation strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Identifying security vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications
Assessing security vulnerabilities
Helping remediate security vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity
Experience growing a vulnerability program
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and CVSS scoring
Understanding of applications, operating systems, networking, and cloud environments
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred certifications: GIAC (GSEC, GCIH, GPEN), CISSP or CEH.

Nice to have:
