The VRO Sr. Project Manager leads complex, multi-team and multi-region initiatives to successful delivery, spanning business capabilities, platforms, and M&A/Divestiture (MA&D) programs. The role connects business, technology, vendors, and change management to deliver integrated outcomes, ensuring clear plans, disciplined execution, and timely communication. Operating within a product delivery model, the VRO Project Manager partners closely with product owners to shape, provision, and refine product roadmaps.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end project planning, including integrated workplans, scope definition, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
Manage timelines and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, regions, and functions in a matrixed environment
Establish and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and mitigation plans
Define and track key performance indicators, metrics, and success criteria
Prepare and deliver clear, executive-ready status reports and governance materials
Support and participate in steering committees and decision forums as required
Act as a central point of coordination across business, technology, operations, and external partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across regions and time zones
Manage vendor engagement, scope, and performance in line with project objectives
Partner with product owners to support product-roadmap development, provisioning, and refinement
Align project plans and dependencies with product backlogs and release plans
Ensure that platform and capability deliveries are sequenced and integrated to meet business outcomes
Align project activities with change and communication plans, working with Change and HR/Comms partners where applicable
Support business readiness, training, and onboarding activities
Help ensure solutions are adopted and embedded in business-as-usual operations
Support projects across the end-to-end M&A lifecycle (strategy, due diligence, signing, close, integration/divestiture)
Interpret business cases, synergies, and value drivers to inform planning and prioritization
Contribute to synergy tracking and value realization activities
Apply integration/divestiture playbooks and help refine them based on lessons learned
Requirements
BTech in computer science or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
