Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to researching and developing various automated systems, datasets, and software components used in a vulnerability management suite
  • Creating and updating vulnerability signatures
  • Developing code for vulnerability assessments
  • Configuring vulnerable testing environments
  • Maintaining and improving test suits

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Python scripting for automated vulnerability assessments, integration test suites, and web data scraping and processing
  • Proficiency with regular expressions
  • Proficiency with Linux-based development and production environments
  • Proficiency with shell scripting, both POSIX and PowerShell
  • Proficiency with containerization and virtualization in Kubernetes, OpenStack, Azure, and AWS
  • Proficiency with cloud security policy management and hardening
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new, unexpected technologies
  • Must be a dedicated and driven student with a desire to learn
  • Must be able to pass a background check
