Working in the Industrial Relations Sector Team, the Senior Industrial Relations (IR) Consultant provides strategic advice, manages complex employee relations, assists in the bargaining and negotiation process between the government and relevant unions to priority enterprise agreements. This role will provide advice to ensures compliance with legislation to mitigate industrial risk. They act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, often handling enterprise bargaining, union negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Job Responsibility:
