We're seeking a dynamic professional practices expert to join our Global Risk Analytics team. This role is designed for an experienced professional with a diverse skill set to support a multidisciplinary role, capable of supporting governance, regulatory management, workforce management and tooling initiatives. You'll work across multiple areas, being able to learn while contributing to deliveries and play a key part in implementing regulatory standards, driving process improvements, and supporting system enhancements. Job Responsibility:
Lead and support the remediation and implementation of regulatory standards across wholesale credit risk analytics models
Collaborate with model owners, business, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective governance
Prepare and communicate progress reports, adapting content for different audiences and levels of seniority
Produce and update documentation required for regulatory and internal reviews
Support workforce management reporting and provide insights to senior stakeholders
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and working groups to build knowledge and foster collaboration
Build strong relationships across teams, promoting a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement
Leverage technology and automation to enhance processes and solve problems
Support system implementation and run procedures, adapting to individual and team skillsets
Identify and drive innovative solutions to improve business outcomes
Hands-on coding or automation experience will lead to contribution to process improvement and tooling initiatives
Define specs for system development and improvements as well as testing solutions (UAT)
Work with international and multicultural teams, adapting to local regulatory and business requirements
Provide guidance and support to colleagues, model owners, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Significant relevant experience in banking, risk analytics, consultancy, or advisory roles
University degree in a quantitative, technical, economics, or business field (other degrees considered with relevant experience)
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and model lifecycle processes
Proven ability to deliver complex projects within agreed timescales, managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, documents, and training materials
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to write clear and understandable documents
Open, collaborative personality
comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams
Experience with system implementation, governance procedures, and process automation is a plus
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills as needed
Expertise in dealing with data and intermediate coding (preferably in Python) will be considered a differential
