Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage monthly submissions to relevant UK Franchise forums
  • Coordinate and manage annual updates to booking policy documents for relevant legal vehicles (LVs)
  • Constantly enhance and improve SMCR-linked governance for the UK franchise
  • Partner with the UK Services SMCR Lead to ensure Services' compliance with the SMCR framework
  • Perform general corporate secretarial duties, including coordinating Services governance meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate records in a state-of-the-art library to demonstrate appropriate reasonable steps

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively and drive results within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Project)
  • Passion for utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory and SMCR regime
  • Experience with UK corporate governance in a Financial Services firm
  • Proven experience in leading governance, corporate secretarial activities, initiatives, and driving change
  • Strong communication abilities to serve as a liaison between groups, fostering cooperative and collaborative working
  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree desirable)
