Job Responsibility

Coordinate and manage monthly submissions to relevant UK Franchise forums
Coordinate and manage annual updates to booking policy documents for relevant legal vehicles (LVs)
Constantly enhance and improve SMCR-linked governance for the UK franchise
Partner with the UK Services SMCR Lead to ensure Services' compliance with the SMCR framework
Perform general corporate secretarial duties, including coordinating Services governance meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate records in a state-of-the-art library to demonstrate appropriate reasonable steps

Requirements

Ability to work effectively and drive results within complex, matrixed organizations
Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and organizational capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Project)
Passion for utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools
Knowledge of UK regulatory and SMCR regime
Experience with UK corporate governance in a Financial Services firm
Proven experience in leading governance, corporate secretarial activities, initiatives, and driving change
Strong communication abilities to serve as a liaison between groups, fostering cooperative and collaborative working
Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree desirable)
