Job Description:

Vice President of Total Rewards & Experience to build and lead a global organization. This executive will architect a unified rewards strategy, develop scalable and modern programs, and partner closely with the C-suite, Board, Finance, Legal, and leaders across the business.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of HR leadership experience
  • 7+ years leading global compensation and benefits functions
  • Deep expertise across global compensation, executive compensation, equity strategy, benefits, wellbeing, and sales compensation
  • Experience partnering directly with CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and Compensation Committees
  • Familiarity with public-company governance (proxy filings, CD&A narratives, say-on-pay strategy) or equivalent advisory exposure
  • Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end Total Rewards integration for M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities, including program design, forecasting, and decision-support modeling
  • A track record of building or modernizing rewards programs in high-growth or complex global environments
  • Experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams, including experience treating workplace strategy as a critical component of the Total Rewards ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences
  • High judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence across all levels of leadership
  • A builder’s mindset — strategic, creative, and comfortable operating in both high-altitude and hands-on modes
