We are looking for a strategic, relentless, and inspiring leader for our HR team who can lead from strategy design all the way up to implementation of JFrog's global rewards and HR technology infrastructure.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the CHRO and executive leadership to develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and talent goals
Provide primary support for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, preparing and presenting materials on pay, equity and governance
Own and evolve the global compensation philosophy, including job architecture, leveling frameworks, salary structures, annual compensation and long-term incentive planning and execution cycles
Oversee the strategy, design, and administration of global health, wellness, and retirement programs
Own the strategic roadmap for HR technology, emphasizing the optimal use and enhancement of our HRIS (Oracle) and integrated systems. This includes leading the transition from manual workflows to automated scalable processes and implementing AI tools
Leverage advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to assess program effectiveness and drive executive decision-making
Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, such as the EU Pay Directive and US Pay Transparency laws. Ensure 100% data integrity, security, and global data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) across all HR platforms
Requirements:
15+ years of progressive HR experience with a heavy focus on Total Rewards and HR Operations
Senior leadership roles within a global high-growth SaaS environment
Preferably a publicly traded organization
An exceptional leader with a history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining A-players
Must possess the gravitas to inspire a global team and influence multiple partners and stakeholders
Ability to think strategically for the long-term while maintaining the required for day-to-day operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
Superior communication and executive presentation skills
Hunger to learn and be a pioneer to drive transformation via new AI capabilities across your domain
Deep understanding of the financial and tax implications of compensation and benefits
Expert proficiency in HRIS architecture (Oracle preferred) and advanced data visualization/analytical tools
