Job Description:

The VP, Technology Infrastructure is responsible for delivering and evolving the portfolio of applications, network, and infrastructure that support digital employee experience and business operations. This leader drives digital dexterity, operational excellence, and innovation across the enterprise, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable technology foundations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion digital employee experience, fostering a culture of digital dexterity and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute a digital workplace strategy aligned with business objectives and transformation goals
  • Harmonize applications within a digital workplace framework, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption
  • Build partnerships with People & Culture, Real Estate, and LOB leaders to support business outcomes and employee experience
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network and infrastructure, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all network and infrastructure assets
  • Lead modernization initiatives, including data center transformation, cloud migration, and adoption of emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response plans
  • Collaborate with IT security to ensure compliance and protection of company assets
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for network and infrastructure services
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance
  • Seek out and implement innovative technology trends to support new ways of working and business transformation
  • Foster experimentation with disruptive technologies and promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Lead organizational change management to drive technology adoption and maximize business impact
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder partnerships to align technology strategy with mission-critical business outcomes
  • Partner with People & Culture and Facilities to create smart, connected workplaces supporting hybrid and flexible work models
  • Lead the development and maintenance of frameworks for contextualizing employee attention and connective services
  • Organize and lead steering committees for digital workplace, network, and infrastructure initiatives
  • Develop and enforce governance processes for technology adoption, vendor management, and service delivery
  • Measure maturity and business impact using DEX, DEM, APM, and infrastructure performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in IT, including direct management of digital workplace applications, enterprise network, and infrastructure, with 7+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in cloud, network architecture, security, and digital workplace technologies

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale technology portfolios and leading modernization initiatives in a Fortune 500 environment, CPG preferred
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams and global operations
  • Proven track record of building a strategic vision and influencing across business lines
