As our Head of / VP Sales (based on expecrience), you'll own JOIN's commercial future. We've built a strong product-led and marketing-led growth engine in DACH – now it's time to level up our overall GTM motion and unlock international markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape the entire Sales architecture of a fast-growing SaaS company from a position of strength. You'll be part of our management team and work directly with the CEO and key stakeholders to define strategy, build teams, and drive execution across sales, account management, and RevOps.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive JOIN's revenue strategy across outbound sales, account management, and RevOps
Define and execute JOIN's international expansion strategy (new markets prioritization, GTM localization, partnerships)
Lead and coach the sales, account management, and RevOps to build a world-class GTM motion
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and ensure the PLG/MLG and sales & account management motions work together seamlessly
Establish a data-driven revenue culture: own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
Join our management team and work directly with the CEO and other management team members to shape the overall company strategy and JOIN’s future
Requirements:
Proven VP-level sales leadership in a B2B SaaS company – you've owned a number and delivered
International expansion experience – you've led or played a key role in entering and winning in new markets
Outbound motion builder – you've built or significantly scaled an outbound sales function, ideally in a PLG/inbound-first company transitioning to a hybrid model
Multi-functional team leader – you've managed sales, account management, and RevOps teams and know how to build high-performance cultures
Data-driven operator – you run tight forecasting, love a good dashboard, and make decisions based on signal, not gut alone
Builder mentality – you're excited about greenfield challenges and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
Excellent communicator – you can rally a team around a vision and influence at executive level
You have gained 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS commercial roles, with at least 2 years in a Head of / VP or equivalent leadership position
You are fluent in English. German is a plus but not required
Nice to have:
Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or adjacent SaaS verticals
Experience managing or collaborating closely with a marketing function
Strong network in the European SaaS ecosystem
