Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of new business growth across the UK and EMEA
Build pipeline, close deals, and help shape the wider sales strategy
Operate autonomously day-to-day, while also collaborating closely with leadership to refine go-to-market plans and long-term commercial strategy
Network proactively, open new doors, uncover the strategic needs and challenges of insurance organisations, develop new business and maintain responsibility for leveraging business within those clients moving forward
Requirements:
Proven track record in opening and closing enterprise-level deals in the P&C insurance space (500k plus)
10+ years breadth and depth of Insurance knowledge and experience
Expertise in Insurance AND related Technology Solutions
Insurance Consultancy Services / SI background, with expert knowledge of offerings of main integration partners and benefits to Brokers
Strong network of Insurance contacts at CTO /CIO level
Any European Insurance Sales experience also advantageous
A true self-starter who is confident self-starting as an individual contributor
Comfortable selling solutions, not just products - able to confidently discuss delivery and implementation
Well educated and commercially sharp, high-energy, and credible at C-suite level
Living with easy access to C. London for 1-2 hybrid days per week
Collaborative mindset - able to strategise, not just execute
