As VP Sales LatAm, you will fully own revenue growth and market expansion across Latin America. This is not a pipeline-management role - this is about owning strategy, deals, and results. You will work directly with founders and have real influence over product, risk, and operational decisions.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in iGaming, Forex, or high-risk fintech
Proven track record selling to or managing LATAM-based merchants
Deep understanding of the offshore ecosystem: payments, risk, chargebacks, licensing constraints
Established personal network and reputation among operators and merchants
Strategic, structured thinker with strong communication skills and executive presence
