We're seeking a VP of Sales - Spain as an individual contributor to drive sales and establish Maisa as the leader in Agentic AI Automation across Spain's medium and large businesses. This is a hands-on sales role focused on hunting, prospecting, and closing enterprise deals. You'll be our primary sales executive in Spain, responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature with Global 2000 companies and medium to large Spanish businesses.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across Spain
Hunt and prospect new enterprise opportunities using existing network and rolodex
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes at C-suite level
Lead negotiations for large-scale Agentic AI implementations ($500K+ deals)
Drive deal closure through executive presentations and technical demonstrations
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives at Spanish enterprises
Develop deep understanding of customer business processes and automation needs
Coordinate with pre-sales solutions consultants for technical demonstrations
Manage complex procurement processes in regulated industries
Create and execute account penetration strategies for target enterprises
Establish Maisa's presence in Spanish enterprise market
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
Participate in key industry events and conferences
Build relationships with system integrators and consulting partners
Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
Maintain robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
Accurate forecasting and CRM management
Collaborate with marketing on account-based marketing initiatives
Work with SDR team to identify and qualify inbound leads
Requirements:
Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience as Senior Account Executive or VP
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($3M+ annual quotas)
Established network/rolodex within Spanish enterprise market
Track record of closing complex, 6-figure deals with enterprise sales cycles
Strong executive presence and C-suite communication skills
Ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement processes and large account pursuits
Hunter mentality with proven prospecting skills
Nice to have:
Experience with AI/automation platforms or emerging enterprise technologies
Previous startup experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Existing relationships with Spanish Global 2000 enterprises
Experience with cloud marketplace sales
Background in process automation, workflow solutions, or RPA platforms
