As KERV Interactive expands its impact in AI-powered media, the VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy will turn innovation into operational excellence. You’ll bridge Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure every launch is not just released, but adopted, championed, and delivering results from day one. With your leadership, sales operations will evolve into a data-driven powerhouse — optimizing tools, processes, and teams so sellers can focus on driving client success and accelerating revenue. This is a high-visibility role that blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution to fuel growth at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Sales Strategy & Performance – Partner with Brand & Agency and Publisher Sales Leadership to design and execute strategies that optimize performance, strengthen client relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across all markets
  • Lead Go-to-Market Readiness – Oversee the operational launch of new products, ensuring teams are equipped with the right tools, training, and insights to deliver immediate impact
  • Own CRM & Sales Tools Excellence – Manage and enhance our CRM and sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, accurate forecasting, and actionable pipeline insights that guide smart decision-making
  • Champion Feedback Loops – Build strong connections between customer-facing teams and product teams, turning real-world feedback into product improvements that drive adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams – Mentor and empower a team of Project Managers to own development tracking, rollouts, and administration for new and existing products
  • Inform Executive Decisions with Data – Provide scenario modeling, performance analysis, and revenue projections that help leadership make confident, data-backed decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy or relationship management
  • Strong understanding of technology integrations and onboarding processes within the Adtech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
