The PSO Leader Digital – Americas is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of Digital Professional Services across the Americas region. Reporting to the SVP Digital Sales & Operations, this role leads a multi-country services organization delivering complex digital engagements, with a strong focus on customer outcomes. The role ensures that delivery decisions, processes, and engagement models support measurable customer value, faster time-to-value, and long-term account health. This leader will modernize how Quadient implements and deploys SaaS and on-premise solutions by embedding AI, automation, and accelerated delivery methodologies into the professional services model. The goal is to reduce implementation timelines, accelerate go-live for complex integrations, and ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes more quickly. The role operates across sales, delivery, and operations, ensuring alignment between sales strategy, services execution, and financial performance. It also acts as a key partner to Digital Sales leadership to ensure scalable delivery models and consistent customer experience across the region.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the Americas Digital Professional Services strategy to drive growth, execution consistency, and customer value realization
  • Own financial performance including revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, and cost control
  • Partner with Digital Sales on large and complex opportunities to ensure delivery readiness
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation across implementation lifecycle (data migration, configuration, testing, onboarding)
  • Accelerate customer onboarding and reduce time-to-value through improved delivery models
  • Design scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks and playbooks
  • Optimize use of delivery partners and ensure quality and accountability across engagements
  • Define and track time-to-value benchmarks across solutions and customer segments
  • Build and develop leadership capability across delivery, PMO, consulting, and customer success teams
  • Manage executive-level escalations and ensure successful recovery of at-risk programs
  • Track performance metrics such as time-to-value, cost per project, automation usage, and ROI realization

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in Professional Services organizations delivering enterprise digital programs
  • Experience managing SaaS and/or on-premise implementations (ERP, finance systems, back-office automation)
  • Strong ownership of regional financial performance and stakeholder management
  • Experience working closely with Sales in high-volume commercial environments
  • Proven experience improving delivery through automation or AI-enabled tools
  • Experience leading migration programs from legacy or competitor platforms
  • Experience working with delivery partners and managing blended teams

  • Sell advanced BPAS/BPS solutions and next-gen AI/Analytics/Automation offerings (robotic process automation, Generative AI, near-real-time reporting, CFO cockpit dashboards) into professional services/hi-tech clients
  • Develop solution-led value propositions leveraging deep domain knowledge of F&A (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial close, FP&A), professional services business models (billing, project-based revenue, subscription models) and hi-tech operating-model transformation
  • Design and execute account-opening strategies across North America: target list creation, outbound prospecting (cold-calling/LinkedIn outreach), coordinate internal marketing/lead-generation, craft proposals and RFP responses, manage competitive positioning
  • Partner with internal teams (delivery, solution architecture, marketing, operations) to shape winning proposals and ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery
  • Manage sales pipeline, maintain CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), produce monthly/quarterly forecast and sales reports
  • input to leadership on target alignment and business-process-services goals
  • Stay abreast of market trends in hi-tech/professional services, offshoring/BPS models, AI-in-finance disruption and competitive landscape, and use this insight to inform service-offering design
  • Travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to meet prospects, attend industry events, engage with senior decision-makers, analysts and advisors
