The PSO Leader Digital – Americas is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of Digital Professional Services across the Americas region. Reporting to the SVP Digital Sales & Operations, this role leads a multi-country services organization delivering complex digital engagements, with a strong focus on customer outcomes. The role ensures that delivery decisions, processes, and engagement models support measurable customer value, faster time-to-value, and long-term account health. This leader will modernize how Quadient implements and deploys SaaS and on-premise solutions by embedding AI, automation, and accelerated delivery methodologies into the professional services model. The goal is to reduce implementation timelines, accelerate go-live for complex integrations, and ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes more quickly. The role operates across sales, delivery, and operations, ensuring alignment between sales strategy, services execution, and financial performance. It also acts as a key partner to Digital Sales leadership to ensure scalable delivery models and consistent customer experience across the region.
Job Responsibility
Lead the Americas Digital Professional Services strategy to drive growth, execution consistency, and customer value realization
Own financial performance including revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, and cost control
Partner with Digital Sales on large and complex opportunities to ensure delivery readiness
Drive adoption of AI and automation across implementation lifecycle (data migration, configuration, testing, onboarding)
Accelerate customer onboarding and reduce time-to-value through improved delivery models
Design scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks and playbooks
Optimize use of delivery partners and ensure quality and accountability across engagements
Define and track time-to-value benchmarks across solutions and customer segments
Build and develop leadership capability across delivery, PMO, consulting, and customer success teams
Manage executive-level escalations and ensure successful recovery of at-risk programs
Track performance metrics such as time-to-value, cost per project, automation usage, and ROI realization

Senior leadership experience in Professional Services organizations delivering enterprise digital programs
