Embark on a transformative journey as VP Product Owner - Liquidity Management Platform at the Forefront of Innovation in Global Transaction Banking at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You'll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings, ensuring unapparelled customer experiences. The purpose of a Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product by defining a clear product vision, managing authoring, refining and prioritizing the Product Backlog balancing trade-offs across desirability, viability and feasibility – making sure the right thing is being ‘built’, and prioritising work based on business goals. The Product Owner is responsible for delivering a differentiated product that addresses market and organizational needs. Accountable for driving development of solutions that meet business outcomes and defined success measures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a vision and roadmap for their product(s)/journey(s)
  • Understand and meet business goals by specifying features and capabilities that can be integrated into product backlogs
  • Defines cascading OKRs for their product(s)/journey(s)
  • Drive feature refinement effort and own acceptance criteria for capabilities and/or features
