Job Description:

As Vice President of Product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Mirakl Platform, the world’s leading Marketplace and Dropship solution used by 450+ customers worldwide. In 2025, the Mirakl Platform will handle over $15B in commerce transactions across 40+ countries. Reporting to the CPO you will play a central role in defining the future of our core products, ensuring tight collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Data, and delivering solutions that accelerate customer value and business impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership. Define and own a clear product strategy for the whole Mirakl Marketplace Platform, aligning vision, customer insights, and market opportunities into a focused long-term direction
  • Roadmap & Execution. Own and deliver the end-to-end Platform roadmap (Marketplace, Dropship, Delivery Manager, Catalog Platform, Financial Services). Balance strategic bets, major customer requests, and compliance needs within a unified prioritization model, and ensure reliable, scalable releases in tight partnership with Engineering and Data teams
  • Team Leadership. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Product & Design team. Build a culture of ownership, rigorous discovery, strong storytelling, and measurable product impact
  • Operational Excellence. Define and track product KPIs to measure adoption and business outcomes. Strengthen product management practices across discovery, prioritization, and delivery. Optimize investment decisions with a disciplined ROI-driven approach
  • Stakeholder management & Enablement. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Marketing to ensure strong GTM alignment and product-market fit. Communicate the platform vision internally and externally, including executive forums, customer advisory boards, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ecommerce is mandatory
  • Knowledge of marketplace dynamics is a strong plus
  • A strategic thinker who can simplify complex ideas and communicate them effectively to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong client-centric orientation with proven ability to align product decisions to customer needs and business growth
  • Solid understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs, with the ability to balance them against business priorities
  • Proven leadership experience in software product management (SaaS environment required), ideally leading large teams and scaling product organizations
