Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to join IQM’s leadership team and define how our platform is positioned, launched, and adopted across regulated industries. This leader will shape compelling product narratives, lead go-to-market strategy, and communicate IQM’s value to political, healthcare, and BFSI advertisers. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and close collaboration across Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Brand, Customer Success, and Compliance. As part of an AI-first marketing organization, the VP will also leverage AI agents and modern tooling to scale content creation, vertical-specific messaging, and customer-facing assets. As IQM continues advancing workflow automation and outcome-driven optimization, this leader will play a critical role in building market trust and clearly articulating the measurable impact of our platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Positioning & Go-to-Market: Own product marketing vision and category narrative across regulated verticals
  • lead competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and on-demand buyer intelligence for strategic pursuits. Drive go-to-market for launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging, value-based ROI and TCO frameworks, and integrated campaign execution. Build repeatable vertical sprint playbooks that package narrative, sales tools, and customer-facing artifacts into deployable kits refreshed at platform velocity
  • Sales Enablement & Revenue Acceleration: Design the sales operating system in partnership with Sales: enablement, training, discovery frameworks, battlecards, objection handling, and adoption metrics that lift win rate and compress sales cycles
  • AI, Digital Experience & Content Operations: Deploy AI agents and modern tooling to scale marketing content production with brand-consistent quality controls and a measurable cost-per-asset trajectory. Own marketing digital properties end-to-end (corporate website, brand hub, customer-facing roadmap tool, vertical landing pages)
  • manage vendor and agency selection
  • Industry Presence, Partnerships & Ecosystem Strategy: Define industry footprint across regulated-vertical conferences and trade organizations
  • own event strategy from pre-event narrative through post-event pipeline measurement
  • build the junior field marketing function. Position the platform within identity, data, and clean-room ecosystems
  • lead measurement narratives, manage analytics consultant engagements, and convert partnership integrations into customer-ready stories and joint GTM motions
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Organizational Development: Operate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Legal and Compliance, and Brand to influence roadmap, drive advocacy, ensure regulatory-compliant messaging, and align awareness with pipeline. Build, mentor, and lead a product marketing organization spanning technical, vertical, and content expertise
  • hire across all levels
  • track KPIs including ARR influenced, win-rate lift, attach rates, sprint utilization, event-sourced pipeline, and content production efficiency

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership with 5+ in product marketing, paired with the executive communication craft to define category narratives for technically complex platforms
  • Track record leading product launches and integrated GTM (positioning, pricing, packaging, enablement) in AdTech
  • Deep experience marketing to regulated buyers in political, healthcare, or cannabis sectors, with fluency in the relevant compliance frameworks
  • AdTech domain expertise across identity, clean rooms, measurement, and ecosystem partnerships, with the commercial instinct to make technical integrations land with revenue buyers
  • Proven leader of multi-disciplinary teams, with the analytical rigor to attribute program impact to revenue

Nice to have

  • A track record applying AI agents and modern tooling to scale content production, with prior ownership of marketing digital properties at scale (website, brand systems, customer-facing tools)
  • Experience operating in pod-based or capability-based team structures
  • Operating discipline to orchestrate vendors, agencies, and industry presence across a multi-vertical event calendar

What we offer

  • 100% Employer-Paid Healthcare: IQM covers 100% of employee healthcare premiums
  • Health and Wellness: multiple medical plan options, plus dental and vision coverage
  • Future Proof Your Finances: 401(k) program with 3% company match, save 1% to 80% of paycheck
  • Total Well-Being: resources to support physical health, mental wellness, and financial peace of mind
