  • Lead demand growth as the primary focus, with secondary responsibility for expansion of the Remarketing Product
  • Enable our Sales and Operational teams with tooling driven by business insights and AI
  • Translate business and P&L goals into a clear Product strategy that fuels growth, profitability, and a strong feature pipeline
  • Act as the strategic Product counterpart to SVP Sales, VP Sales and our CEO, and operational partner to Engineering, ensuring fast, high-quality delivery
  • Professionalize Product management by establishing strong discovery, experimentation, and dealer-segment understanding and leveraging AI tools
  • Coach and elevate the existing Product Management team

Requirements:

  • Experienced builder of Product organizations, developing PM talent and collaborating deeply with engineering, design, data/analytics, and CRM/marketing
  • Expert in data-driven decision making, and hypothesis-led lean experimentation, translating insights into clear business and Product recommendations
  • Exceptional communicator able to collaborate effectively with SVP/VP/CEO stakeholders, manage trade-offs, and challenge largest levers while maintaining trust
  • High-ownership leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, acts as a strong coach, and elevates team performance and Product excellence
What we offer:
