Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to oversee all sales & marketing operations of the company, develop marketing strategy and vision. The potential candidate should have served in similar role in an ITES organization / Contact Center / BPO.

Job Responsibility

  • Manager sales & marketing initiatives of Contact Center and BPO division
  • Market Foiwe’s services on global market
  • Sells against monthly & annual revenue targets for IT services business
  • Direct & manage sales & business development activities globally
  • Executes against the major steps of the sales process
  • Find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities and close new business
  • Prepare various management and sales reports
  • Mentor the marketing and sales teams
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Online Marketing Experience for US, Europe and Asian Markets for contact centre and/or BPO services
  • Plan and manage Global marketing campaigns
  • Handle globally distributed teams
  • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent Account Management Skills
  • Understands Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Marketing
