Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a VP of Recruiting to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee Talent Acquisition within a growing, well-established firm. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting leadership experience, thrives in an evolving environment, and is comfortable managing and developing teams while remaining hands-on when needed.
