Yotpo is looking for a VP of Product to own and lead the Reviews product — one of Yotpo’s most strategic and customer-facing products and the cornerstone of Yotpo’s eCommerce marketing platform. As VP of Product for Reviews, you will define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the product, shape the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to deliver industry-defining experiences for thousands of global brands. You will partner with the executive team, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to build a best-in-class reviews product that drives customer trust, merchant growth, and platform differentiation. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct influence over Yotpo’s product strategy and company trajectory.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Reviews product line
Set the strategic direction and OKRs for the Reviews group in alignment with company-wide goals and growth priorities
Lead, hire, develop, and inspire a team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer obsession
Serve as the internal and external voice of the Reviews product, engaging with key enterprise customers, analysts, and partners to shape the product narrative
Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure technical excellence, scalability, and speed of execution
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and product adoption
Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify high-impact opportunities and guide prioritization
Define and own key product metrics, using data to measure impact, inform decisions, and drive accountability across the organization
Champion cross-product integration, ensuring the Reviews product is deeply connected to Yotpo’s broader platform ecosystem
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a VP of Product or senior Director-level leadership role
Demonstrated success leading product strategy for a scaled B2B SaaS or eCommerce platform with a large enterprise customer base
Proven ability to build and grow high-performing product teams, including hiring and mentoring product managers and directors
Deep experience driving both UX-intensive consumer-facing products and complex technical integrations
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and market differentiation
Excellent communication and executive presence — able to influence at all levels of the organization and present confidently to C-suite and board audiences
Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using analytics to guide product decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Experience in the eCommerce, martech, or consumer trust/reviews domain — a strong advantage
Technical background in Engineering, SRE, or a related technical field — a significant advantage
