Our client, a leading B2B company with an established client base, partner ecosystem, and international footprint, is looking to bring on a Vice President of Product. This is a builder's seat inside a category leader: the distribution and credibility of an established business, paired with the mandate and autonomy of a net new build. The market is shifting fast, and the companies that win the next cycle will be the ones that move first and move with conviction. They are looking for a product leader who sees where the category is going, has a strong point of view on how to get there, and wants the room to build it.
Job Responsibility:
Define the product architecture for a new portfolio: what to build, how it's structured by audience and maturity, and what delivery model produces the outcomes clients actually pay for
Own the roadmap across the new build and the broader portfolio, including build versus buy versus partner decisions
Translate product requirements into back end specs that guide engineering on what to ship and in what order
Design the measurement model that shows clients evidence of outcomes, not vanity metrics
Direct development across distributed onshore and offshore teams, and integrate from an existing partner ecosystem
Own the P&L for the portfolio: revenue, margin, pricing, packaging
Partner with enterprise sales to position, pilot, and close strategic accounts
Requirements:
8+ years in product management, with 3+ leading product portfolios in an enterprise B2B context
Track record shipping products at scale
Applied understanding of AI at the product level, with a sharp point of view on where the category is headed and where most players are getting it wrong
Technical fluency to guide engineering on architecture, data, and AI tooling tradeoffs
Deep familiarity with how senior enterprise buyers evaluate, budget, measure, and renew
P&L or business unit ownership
Experience leading distributed international teams with blended onshore and offshore delivery
Nice to have:
Background in capability frameworks, competency modeling, or structured skill assessment
Familiarity with LLM powered product experiences: practice environments, coaching, simulation, adaptive delivery
Enterprise sales exposure at $100K+ ACV, pilot to production
