As Everseen’s VP of Product Management, you’ll shape the product vision that transforms an entire industry. You’ll lead and scale a world-class product organisation, championing customer needs while driving a strategic roadmap rooted in market insight, innovation, and measurable impact. As the owner of product quality, UX excellence, and release execution, you’ll guide end-to-end product development—from breakthrough ideation to flawless delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership, influence company-wide priorities, and define the metrics that fuel sustainable growth. Job Responsibility:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defines company-wide product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities. Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals
Customer Advocacy: Champions the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, gathering feedback, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive product improvements
Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirement Definition and Product Development: Aligns with Senior Leadership team and board on product led priorities. Oversees the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration, to ensure the released solution complies with the roadmap vision
Customer Focused Analysis: Coordinates market research and competitive analysis to identify and define opportunities for differentiation and growth, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Assess market TAM’s and prioritize the highest opportunities for growth
Performance Monitoring: Establishes and defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and effectiveness of product initiatives, regularly analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and enhancement
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or performance, taking appropriate actions to address issues and ensure project success
Stakeholder communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to internal teams, executives, and other key stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment across the organization

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, including executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and the right selection of product initiatives
Requirements:
Organisation level strategy, change management, executive communication and talent development experience required
Proven track record of success in product management or related roles, with 10 years of experience in leadership positions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Customer Focus: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies
Customer Engagement: Builds executive relationships with key customers and industry leaders
Track Record of Success: Accountable for company-wide product success and innovation
Adaptability and Agility: Leads the company through market and organizational change. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning

Experience working with remote or distributed teams, with the ability to effectively manage and lead teams across different locations and time zones is preferred
Remote Work and Travel: Represents the company globally, extensive travel as needed
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and make timely, informed decisions under pressure
Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
Proven history of end to end ownership (from concept till mass deployment) for a product that was deployed at mid/large scale is preferred
