Hi, I’m Kir, Co-founder and CPO at Adapty. Five years ago, we started as a small team of five. Today we’re a profitable company with over 170 people, working with 15,000+ apps, processing $2B+ a year, and leading our niche in mobile monetization. Our product team is around 30 people – performance-focused professionals with backgrounds from leading tech companies. Every team member brings deep expertise, gives direct feedback, and confidently challenges ideas to keep the product focused on real value. Now we’re looking for a VP of Product to lead our next stage of growth — from tens to hundreds of millions in ARR. You’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market, shaping how apps make money across the world.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in mobile or B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience scaling a product from $10M to $50M+ ARR
  • Comfortable with data, metrics, and product analytics
  • Strong leadership and hiring skills
  • Fluent English
