We are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing to lead strategic initiatives focused on B2B growth and account expansion. This role is integral to driving practitioner adoption, increasing utilization of our products, and fostering stronger relationships within the aesthetic treatment industry. Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aimed at increasing product utilization across thousands of accounts
Strengthen practitioner relationships by integrating products into aesthetic treatment protocols and driving account-level revenue growth
Collaborate with the President of Sales and VP of Education to align marketing programs with field execution and educational initiatives
Lead the creation and management of data-driven marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot to target segmented accounts
Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs that enhance practitioner engagement and retention
Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and support sales efforts with actionable insights
Build and nurture a community of practitioners through peer-to-peer learning opportunities and events
Oversee the development of training programs aimed at elevating best practices and amplifying practitioner voices
Drive demand generation within existing accounts through targeted digital outreach and innovative marketing tactics
Manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth
Expertise in brand marketing and developing comprehensive marketing strategies
Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar platforms to manage automated campaigns and analyze data
Strong ability to segment accounts based on lifecycle stage and engagement to drive targeted outreach
Demonstrated success in generating demand and increasing revenue within detail-oriented networks
Experience in fostering practitioner communities through education and peer collaboration
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
Background in the aesthetic treatment industry or a related field is highly desirable
