Job Responsibility

Oversee Plant construction and equipment installation: interface with facility developer and construction teams to ensure on-time/on budget delivery
Recruiting: identify and recruit a team to manage production including manufacturing engineers, shift leaders and operators.
Capital Management: Oversee Installation, commissioning, and lead operation of nanolayer coextrusion lines and facility equipment
Manage Plant Operations: Direct and coordinate all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics
