Job Description

Mid to large company with offices throughout Upstate NY is seeking a VP of HR. Reporting to the CEO, job duties include: employee relations and union relationships; supporting multiple offices and over 500 employees; strategic leadership of the HR function; supervising a team; employee benefits; policies and procedures; partner with other department leaders; serve as a member of executive management; other duties as assigned. This position can be located anywhere in Upstate NY and will travel to each location on an as needed basis; expected travel is 15-25%. The ideal location for this position will be Syracuse or Albany. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates with ties to the area.
