Job Responsibility

As the VP of Human Resources, you will be the chief architect of our people strategy in a highly regulated and essential industry. Reporting to the C-Suite, you will oversee the total employee lifecycle with a heavy emphasis on strategic workforce planning and maintaining a world-class safety culture.   • Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally within the energy, utilities, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required
  • an MBA or Master’s in Human Resources/Industrial Relations is highly preferred
  • Credentials: Senior-level certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is expected
