Job Description:

The Head of Enablement at Deel will lead the development and continuous improvement of the global go-to-market teams, shaping strategy, direction, and governance, globally. This role involves designing and executing enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our teams, establishing OKRs and KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll be shaping the future of work at an industry-leading organization by creating programs that set our teams up for success, worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement department, including strategy, direction, and governance: Shape the vision and strategy for the GTM Enablement department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Design and execute enablement strategies that increase the effectiveness of our GTM teams’ own business outcomes: Create and implement initiatives that enhance the productivity and success of our sales and customer success teams
  • Establish department OKRs, metrics, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and enablement programs: Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize enablement programs, ensuring they drive desired business outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives: Foster collaboration and alignment across different departments to support the successful implementation of GTM strategies
  • Support the scaling of our GTM efforts by developing scalable processes and leveraging technology: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness by creating scalable processes and utilizing appropriate technologies
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor: Provide guidance and support to team managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in a GTM Enablement role or similar
  • 6+ years experience managing people across multiple teams
  • Keen understanding of the GTM (Sales and Customer Success) audience
  • Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development
  • Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same
  • Extensive experience with process design and monitoring, project management and project collaboration tools
  • Can coach and provide feedback to senior team members, collaborators, and stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools
  • Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify problems and find solutions
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines
