Job Responsibility
Lead and develop managers and client service teams across multiple locations
Establish and maintain best-in-class service standards
Partner with advisors and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives
Oversee client onboarding, money movement, custodial operations, and escalated service matters
Manage alternative investment subscription processes
Develop scalable workflows, reporting, training, and performance metrics
Requirements
10+ years of financial services experience with client service and operations leadership
5+ years leading managers and multi-location teams
Experience supporting RIAs or wealth management firms
Strong knowledge of Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and Salesforce
Proven track record of improving processes, developing teams, and driving service excellence
Strong communication, project management, and executive stakeholder management skills
