We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing executive to lead and elevate marketing performance across two large-scale casino hotel properties. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can translate insights into impactful, revenue-generating campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning direct marketing, advertising, digital/social, PR, promotions, and entertainment
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, reinvestment strategies, and loyalty programs
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategy
Analyze performance and ROI, optimizing campaigns for measurable results
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively adjust strategies
Oversee daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high service standards
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams
Manage budgets and P&L performance to meet or exceed financial targets
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership with direct revenue responsibility in the casino industry
Proven experience in multiple and/or large casino or gaming environments (required)
Expertise across full-cycle marketing: analytics, campaigns, database marketing, promotions, digital, and player development
Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree required
