VP of Marketing for FileInvite, a New Zealand-founded SaaS company. Lead the global marketing function, defining strategy, building capability, and driving performance. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy that drives growth, customer acquisition, and retention
Build deep market understanding, customer insight, and data-driven decision-making across the business
Partner closely with the CEO and Board to communicate strategy, performance, and opportunity
Mentor and grow a talented marketing team, building confidence, capability, and collaboration
Champion the FileInvite brand, owning messaging, tone, and storytelling across all channels
Deliver multi-channel demand generation and Account-Based Marketing programs that drive measurable results
Elevate FileInvite’s global presence through digital marketing, content, events, partnerships, and PR
Optimise and integrate the marketing tech stack (HubSpot preferred)
Embrace the use of Generative AI to enhance capability, creativity, and efficiency
Track performance against clear KPIs, bringing insights that shape smarter decisions
Requirements:
7–10 years in senior SaaS marketing leadership roles
Proven success in delivering growth, brand awareness, and acquisition in B2B or SaaS environments
Strength in strategy and storytelling- balancing analytical thinking with creativity
Experience leading and mentoring small, high-performing teams
Confidence operating in high-growth, scale-up environments
A collaborative leadership style grounded in empathy, accountability, and optimism
