VP, IT at TM Forum – responsible for strategic leadership and operational excellence of technology and data functions, digital platform delivery, AI enablement, and people leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Own the roadmap and delivery of TM Forum’s digital platforms and core capabilities
Lead a high-performing digital delivery function across product management, platform engineering, integration and analytics
Work in close partnership with Marketing to enable a consistent, high-quality digital presence
Lead DevOps, engineering and IT operations to deliver secure, scalable and reliable services
Consolidate systems and platforms into a coherent, modern, flexible technology architecture
Oversee software development, digital platform engineering capabilities, infrastructure, and internal systems
Own information security strategy, governance, compliance and operational risk management
Drive technology innovation, tooling, automation and continuous improvement
Manage vendor and partner relationships to maximise value and delivery quality
Lead TM Forum’s data strategy, ensuring high‑quality, trusted data to power decision making
Develop a data‑smart culture through improved literacy, self‑serve analytics and data governance
Oversee analytics initiatives that support organisational goals and member value
Embed a “data product” mindset to ensure clarity, consistency and long‑term data stewardship
Lead governance for IT, digital and data initiatives, including prioritisation and procurement
Maintain clear, transparent backlogs, business requirements and prioritisation frameworks
Oversee risk management across technology, data, security, disaster recovery, business continuity and compliance
Manage budgets for IT, digital, data and AI ensuring efficiency, value extraction and accountability
Own and operate TM Forum’s AI enablement platforms and supporting foundations
Partner with the organization's AI Strategy & Adoption lead by translating AI priorities into platform roadmaps
Provide engineering leadership and resources for the build, integration and operation of member-facing web agents and AI-enabled digital features
Implement and manage responsible and secure AI controls
Ensure TM Forum’s knowledge assets, data products and digital platforms evolve to be AI-ready
Manage platform and enablement-related external AI partnerships
Lead and develop the functional teams, ensuring clarity of purpose, high performance and collaboration
Build a culture of innovation, operational excellence, learning and continuous improvement
Ensure clear OKRs, KPIs and performance measures aligned to organisational strategy
Requirements:
Visionary leadership across technology, data, AI and digital experience
Strong ability to translate business priorities into clear strategic roadmaps
Skilled in cross functional collaboration and organisational influence
Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud, platform engineering and web technologies
Strong grasp of data governance, analytics, integration and information security
Knowledge of digital experience, product, UX and modern delivery practices
Practical experience with AI‑enabled tooling and digital transformation
Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and large cross‑functional programmes
Skilled in budget oversight, prioritisation, governance and risk management
Strong vendor management and partnership development capability
