The Vice President, Franchise Development will be the driving force behind our next phase of growth, leading all efforts to expand our national footprint through the recruitment and development of high-performing franchise partners. This role is ideal for a bold, strategic, and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to translate vision into execution. You will own the entire franchise development lifecycle — from market strategy and lead generation to discovery and deal close — and help shape the future of a brand that is scaling rapidly across the country.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute an aggressive, scalable franchise growth strategy across target U.S. markets
  • Identify emerging opportunities and high-potential territories using data-driven market analysis
  • Refine the franchise offering and value proposition to attract quality entrepreneurs aligned with brand values
  • Set and achieve ambitious unit growth targets through smart, sustainable development
  • Lead all stages of the franchise recruitment process — from lead generation and qualification to discovery and deal close
  • Build authentic relationships with prospective franchisees and act as a trusted advisor through their decision-making process
  • Develop innovative lead generation strategies in partnership with marketing, leveraging digital, broker, and referral channels
  • Represent the brand with energy and purpose at franchise expos, trade shows, and networking events
  • Oversee the onboarding of new franchise partners to ensure a smooth transition from signing to launch
  • Partner with Operations and Training to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates franchisee success
  • Continuously refine development processes to improve conversion, efficiency, and speed-to-market
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing franchise development team focused on outcomes and relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align growth strategies with overall company goals
  • Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, accountability, and innovation throughout the development organization
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure pipeline strength, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage and forecast the franchise development budget with discipline and transparency
  • Provide regular, actionable insights to executive leadership on market performance and growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of franchise development or sales leadership experience
  • a service-based or commercial cleaning franchise system is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving rapid, sustainable franchise growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-scaling organization
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and financial literacy
