Job Description:

The Treasury Global Process Owner/Transformation Office works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities, which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, infrastructure partners in EIO&T and business partners in ICG and GCB. The team leads Treasury’s regulatory agenda and internal reviews to identify priorities, coordinate efforts and track progress, and define and implement best practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with colleagues in Treasury, the businesses, Risk, and Controllers to understand and document FTP system requirements
  • Assess the impact of the new system on existing processes and platforms
  • Develop detailed roll-out plan to implement the new FTP system
  • Provide oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely resolution of deliverables
  • Provide training and guidance to the local teams
  • Produce high quality, senior management materials to communicate project status
  • Coordinate across workstreams to ensure that Interest Rate Risk methodology changes and enhancements are implemented consistently

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of financial services and experience in Risk & Control
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • knowledge of VBA and SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in Treasury, Finance, or Interest Rate Risk is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business units / functions to deliver results
  • High energy, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude
