The Vice President, Finance will lead corporate accounting, corporate FP&A, reporting, and treasury management and serve as a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership. This includes providing insights to drive company strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence across a multi-site organization. This leader will also manage audits, lender relationships, ensure compliance with debt covenants, and evaluate major investments, capital projects, and potential acquisitions alongside project development finance professionals and the CFO. This role is probably 50% accounting and 50% finance. The role will manage liquidity and compliance, and handle almost all of the reporting. There is a staff of 3 that will report into this role. This role is based in Reno, and is an in office role.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A
Strong leadership background with experience supporting multi site or operationally complex organizations
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and GAAP compliant reporting
Experience with ERP/BI tools and continuous process improvement
Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA) preferred
Proven leadership skills with a background in multi-site or operationally complex organizations
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and experience in process optimization
Strong knowledge of annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and external audits
Experience in banking compliance/loan covenants and month-end close processes
Previous experience in private equity-owned companies is advantageous
