We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP - F&A Operations to lead our Global Service Center (GSC) Finance operations. This full-time position, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in F&A outsourcing and a passion for driving operational excellence and digital transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee all GSC Finance activities, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Payments, and Reconciliations, ensuring strict audit compliance and delivery of high-quality services
  • Drive digitization and process improvement initiatives across global finance processes, leveraging Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean Belt methodologies
  • Manage key internal stakeholders across various regions and lead a high-performing finance operations team
  • Ensure seamless operations within US and Europe time zones to support global business needs

Requirements:

  • Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in F&A Outsourcing / Offshoring (BPO background)
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Belt
  • Proven track record in transitioning, setting up, and successfully running offshore operations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
