This role will be responsible for North America leadership of all Enterprise customer acquisition. The focus of the role is to build out the New Business specialism and function for this team - establishing best practices for customer acquisition, leading a team of RVP, Enterprise Acqusition leaders, who manage New Business Account Executives as well as partnering with the SDR, Trials, Referral, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience acquiring new customers in a key / enterprise / global account in a senior leadership role
7+ years’ experience in business development with a successful record of accomplishment everywhere you have been
5+ years of managing teams larger than 5 direct reports and effectively managing performance and career development
Significant relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D space
Familiarity with relevant systems, e.g., salesforce
