FrankieOne is entering a new phase of growth — and a fundamental shift in how we build software. AI is transforming software development end-to-end. We’re creating a dedicated leadership role to redesign how our entire build organisation operates across Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Operations. This is not a traditional “run the team” role. This is a transformation mandate. You will define and lead our transition to an AI-native software development lifecycle, unlocking step-change improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency — while maintaining the security and compliance standards required in a regulated fintech environment.
