  • Build and execute scalable strategies to grow and retain Riipen’s employer network while ensuring project quality and alignment with learner outcomes

  • Oversee employer matching and engagement, optimizing conversion rates from project posting to student completion
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth and engagement team focused on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and performance marketing
  • Emphasize early identification of issues and alignment of corrective actions to maintain company-wide cohesion and progress
  • Own and elevate the end-to-end employer experience across the platform
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to improve employer experience through automation, AI, and predictive insights
  • Partner with the VP, Revenue to align acquisition strategies with pipeline goals and revenue targets
  • Partner with the VP, Ecosystem to ensure messaging consistency and shared impact storytelling and approach across programs and audiences
  • Partner with the VP, Operations and Delivery function leaders to streamline delivery, program operations, and scalability across geographies
  • Develop playbooks, KPIs, and best practices for marketplace growth and employer success
  • Champion cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent feedback loops between employer data, sales performance, and program operations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketplace management, supply & demand and marketplace optimization
  • ideally in a talent focused marketplace
  • proven success leading both acquisition and retention strategies for two-sided marketplaces
  • experience in leading acquisition in hard to reach markets
  • highly data-driven and experienced in leveraging AI or automation to improve marketplace outcomes
  • strong grasp of product marketing, growth experimentation, and employer lifecycle optimization
  • excel in cross-functional leadership and thrive in environments requiring deep collaboration across revenue, ecosystem, customer success, and operations teams
