Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for all financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and precise financial reporting
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute long-term financial strategies
Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance profitability
Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering growth and collaboration
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining integrity in all financial practices
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department to enhance processes and results
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Director or VP of Finance
Expertise in managing annual budgets and overseeing month-end financial processes
Strong ability to develop and implement financial policies and strategies
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on financial performance and profitability
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial compliance standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
