Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational objectives and support long-term growth
Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and accounting functions
Analyze and prepare accurate financial reports and statements for senior leadership, the board, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements
Manage risk through the implementation of robust internal controls and financial systems
Lead and mentor the finance team, including recruitment, performance management, and development focused on attention to detail
Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners such as banks, auditors, and investors
Provide strategic financial advice to executives and contribute to high-level decision-making
Monitor investment portfolios and recommend strategies to optimize returns
Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
advanced degrees or certifications focused on attention to detail are strongly preferred
Real estate or construction experience required
At least 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles
Expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and team leadership
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities paired with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in managing annual budgets, month-end close processes, and cash flow forecasts
Demonstrated ability to produce accurate financial reporting and oversee budget processes
Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management practices
Proven track record of collaborating with external financial partners and stakeholders
