Vp/director of finance

• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial reports
• Manage quarterly bank reporting processes
• Handle intercompany eliminations efficiently
• Conduct financial analysis to inform decision-making
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial management
• Oversee accounting functions and ensure their smooth operation
• Manage the annual budget and related budget processes

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the detail-oriented services industry
• Proven experience in a leadership role, such as VP or Director of Finance
• Extensive knowledge and experience in using Accounting Software Systems
• Deep understanding and experience in managing Accounting/Finance Functions
• Experience in formulating and managing the Annual Budget
• Adept at managing Budget Processes
• Previous experience in public accounting preferred
