Job Description:

The VP of Customer Success will set the vision and lead the charge on customer value - driving adoption, retention, and bold expansion across CLEAR’s rapidly growing B2B customer base. Reporting to the EVP, C1, you’ll define what success means for our members and customers and ensure we deliver it every day. This role is about leading with purpose, driving impact, and building trust at scale. You’ll shape CLEAR’s long-term customer success vision, lead a world-class team, and execute strategies that deepen relationships, grow our footprint, and turn great experiences into lifelong loyalty. Your work will be central to how we retain, expand, and champion every CLEAR customer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute a scalable Customer Success vision that embeds with CLEAR’s business objectives
  • Partner cross functionally to define customer strategies that increase product adoption and usage
  • Represent voice-of-customer insights, influence product roadmap prioritization, and drive adoption of new features and functionality
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen customer relationships into enduring advocacy and partnership opportunities
  • Lead and a high-performing team through example, driving a culture of accountability, growth, and customer-centricity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience scaling high-impact customer success teams in a fast-growing B2B business, driving results at meaningful scale
  • Data driven, inspirational leadership - you can navigate complex conversations and influence across teams, partners, and customers
  • Builder of trusted, long-term relationships that turn great experiences into loyalty, advocacy, and growth
  • Fluent in customer success metrics and outcomes, using insight to drive action and deliver measurable business impact
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments, operating with ownership, agility, and focus
